At Calavera New York, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged items. Please ensure all original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Calavera New York packaging and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
